The
concept of a central file room or high density
file room is to eliminate wasted office space
of cluttered file cabinets. Office space is extremely
valuable and usually can be re-captured by consolidating
file cabinets into a central filing system. From
free-standing shelving, to a high density mobile
shelving system, a central file room will in most
cases capture a higher density of storage than
scattered cabinets utilizing heighth not available
in file cabinets and using a smaller footprint
to store files.
